If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If you surpassed that timeframe, contact us, and we're confident we will find a solution either way!
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Important: Please do not send any items back to our business address in Cologne. Returns sent there cannot be processed.

BEAUTIFUL GOODS LIMITED WARRANTY

PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
This two-year limited warranty applies to Beautiful Goods manufactured by kaia&more and purchased either directly from kaiaandmore.com or from an authorized kaia&more retailer on or after the “Last Updated” date listed at the end of this warranty.
“Beautiful Goods” refers to any bag, pouch, or soft accessory produced by or for kaia&more. This limited warranty does not apply to products used in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or in cases where care instructions provided by kaia&more were not followed.
Products purchased prior to the Last Updated Date remain subject to the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
kaia&more warrants that Beautiful Goods are free from defects in material or workmanship (“Defects”) for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. If applicable law requires a longer warranty period, kaia&more will follow such requirements.
Repair or replacement of a Beautiful Good does not extend the warranty period. Warranty terms may be updated at kaia&more’s discretion, but any changes will apply only to purchases made after those updates take effect.
WHO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
This warranty extends only to:

The original purchaser of the Beautiful Good from kaia&more or an authorized retailer, or
-
The original gift recipient, if the Beautiful Good was purchased as a gift.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty evaluation.
This warranty is non-transferable beyond the original purchaser or gift recipient and does not apply to items used for commercial or rental purposes.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
This limited warranty covers Defects resulting from defective materials or craftsmanship, such as:

Handles that rip, tear, or detach in ways that impair use

Zippers that no longer open or close

Fabric tears outside of normal wear and tear

Stitching failures that render the item non-functional
This limited warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage, including pilling, snags, stains, discoloration, fading, normal wear and tear, or any changes that do not affect functionality

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overloading, improper care, exposure to extreme weather, or negligence

Damage sustained during transit (such as airline handling); such claims must be filed directly with the carrier

Normal changes in materials (e.g., softening of leather, stretching of fabric)

Chipping of metal hardware or painted components

Replacement of non-defective components within a multi-piece set

Products sold by unauthorized resellers

Items sold as samples, warehouse sale, imperfect, or otherwise indicated as not first-quality

Lost or stolen items

Damage to contents stored inside a Beautiful Good

Damage caused by pets or other external forces beyond kaia&more’s reasonable control
In the event of a covered Defect, kaia&more’s sole responsibility—and your exclusive remedy—is, at kaia&more’s option, to replace the defective Beautiful Good. Replacement items may be of a different color or style depending on current availability. For discontinued or limited-edition items, kaia&more guarantees replacement with a product of equal or greater retail value, not necessarily the exact item originally purchased.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To receive warranty service:

You must report the Defect and submit supporting information to the contact email listed below.

You must return the Beautiful Good to kaia&more along with proof of purchase.

You are responsible for providing adequate packaging for the return shipment. kaia&more does not supply shipping materials.
Once the item is received and approved, kaia&more will cover the cost of shipping your replacement Beautiful Good back to you. For international shipments, you are responsible for customs duties or import fees.
Replacement items carry the same warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.
KAIA&MORE DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT WILL KAIA&MORE BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE BEAUTIFUL GOOD, OR

ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO THE CONTENTS OF A BAG OR ACCESSORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights depending on your location.
GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM
This limited warranty and any related dispute shall be governed by the laws of the City of Cologne, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cologne, Germany.
